Reproducing the Issue

Execute a POST request in Gateway Client (transaction /IWFND/GW_CLIENT) or from an application that is using OData requests

Call a service that contains an Entity with an "EDM.Binary" value

The mentioned error appears on the console and in transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG

Resolve it by using TCode: /IWFND/VIRUS_SCAN 

Then just tick to Virus Scan Switched Off then try (if not work you have to restart your sap gui)
